Collect precious liquid by shooting monsters and driving over their corpses. You can buy upgraded weapons and ammo by selling liquid. Fight with rocket and mines with large enemies and use electromagnet and biosupressor to kill weak enemies. In this way you can save ammo and survive during 15 levels of the game.
